Submit your booking online, by text, or by phone. Tell us where, when, and what you need. A dispatch specialist reviews every request personally.
2 · Confirmation Call
Within 30 minutes (often sooner), we'll reach out to confirm details, recommend the right vehicle if needed, and answer any questions.
3 · Deposit & Lock-In
A refundable deposit secures your vehicle. You'll receive a written confirmation with all the trip details and your driver's contact info.
4 · Day Of Service
Your driver arrives 10 minutes early — every time. Vehicle is detailed inside and out, stocked with bottled water and phone chargers, and ready for your itinerary.
5 · The Ride Itself
Professional, uniformed chauffeur. Discreet conversation or quiet — your call. Multi-stop, wait time, and itinerary changes handled on the fly.
6 · After Your Ride
Quick follow-up to make sure everything met your expectations. Deposits returned within 24–48 hours for rentals. Loyalty perks build with every booking.

Common Questions
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the base rate. A 20% gratuity is customary and may be added at checkout or in cash to your driver.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 48+ hours in advance are fully refundable. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is retained. Same-day cancellations may be subject to the full rate.
Do you wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track every flight in real time. For domestic flights, the first 60 minutes of wait time after touchdown is complimentary.
What if I need to add a stop?
Just let your driver know — multi-stop and itinerary changes are accommodated on the fly. Additional hours are billed at the standard hourly rate.
What's the minimum age for rentals?
Self-drive renters must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license, full-coverage insurance, and a major credit card in their name.
Do you serve special events and weddings?
Absolutely. We specialize in weddings, proms, corporate events, sporting events, and red-carpet nights. Custom packages available.
